Facing the Challenges in South-East Asia

Covering Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, this report synthesizes the results of a consultative process that examined the legal frameworks, actual reality on the ground, and responses of various local organizations, governments and civil society in 2007. The process, 'Listening, Learning and Sharing', was led by the World Agroforestry Centre and the Regional Community Forestry Training Center for Asia and the Pacific (RECOFTC), as members of the global Rights and Resources Initiative (RRI), assisted by Forest Peoples Programme (FPP).
