Rural livelihoods and forest law enforcement
Based on a review of the situation in Bolivia, Cameroon, Canada, Honduras,
Indonesia, and Nicaragua, this report explores how the newly popular
policy of "forest law enforcement" can be made an opportunity rather
than a threat to forest peoples.
