Landowners or Laborers: What choice will developing countries make? - New Annual Review 2012-2013 from the Rights and Resources Initiative (RRI)

The Rights and Resources Initiative (RRI) has just released their 2012-2013 annual review on the state of rights and resources, "Landowners or Laborers: What choice will developing countries make?"

This report takes stock of the current status of forest rights and tenure globally, assesses the key issues and events of 2012 that shape possibilities to improve local rights and livelihoods, and identifies key questions and challenges that the world will face in 2013 and beyond.

RRI launched this report at a recent event in London titled 'Landowners or Labourers? A panel on the rural development choices facing leaders of developing countries', click here to view a webcast recording of this panel discussion.
