In the light of the critical audit and after carefully assessing the IFC 'Management Response' to it, a coalition of NGOs have called on the IFC to suspend financing the oil palm sector in Indonesia until after the IFC reviews its approach and develops a participatory strategy to ensure full compliance with its Performance Standards.
