Centre pour l'Education, la Formation et L'Appui aux Initiatives de Developpement au Cameroun (The Centre for Education, Training and Support for Development Initiatives) - CEFAID, is a Cameroonian NGO created in 1999. Its mission is to improve the living and economic conditions of the most disadvantaged people in Cameroon by providing technical support to encourage community self-development.

CEFAID’s objectives:

To support communities and other actors to sustainably manage natural forest resources
To secure and promote the rights of indigenous peoples and vulnerable populations
To support communities to fight against poverty (growth and employment)
To improve the health, education and living conditions of communities
