INVITATION: Open consultations on human rights principles for conservation financing

Join Forest Peoples Programme and UN Environment Programme for a facilitated conversation about appropriate human rights standards that should be applied, by funders, to the conservation actors that they fund.

We are convening four (4) open consultations aimed in particular at indigenous peoples’ organisations and communities, and at other local, customary communities engaged in conservation or impacted by conservation projects.

Please note, space will be limited and representatives from Indigenous peoples’ organisations and representatives from local community organisations and networks will be prioritised.
