Press Release: Amazonian community warns the IACHR of the Constitutional Tribunal's lack of response to their demand of land restitution

The Santa Clara de Uchunya community and its representative organisation - the Federation of Native Communities in Ucayali and Tributaries (FECONAU) - ask the IACHR to call on the Peruvian state about their lack of response within reasonable time to their case. The community request the return of their territories - a case they presented to the Peruvian judicial system over five years ago.
