"Right now, there is a rather complex situation... We have come from centuries of imposing a vision of the world, a vision of life at last, but also a discourse of hate against the indigenous peoples. What we find is a permanent denial of the State, of State institutions, with regards to the territorial law that we have. There are the interests of multinationals, and these businessmen and multinationals have been developing projects with the rights grated to them by the State."
