Request for IACHR hearing on Colombian government's reactivating aerial spraying with glyphosate

Together with 20 civil society organisations, FPP requested a hearing at the IACHR due to the Colombian government's insistence on reactivating aerial spraying with glyphosate.

This practice openly violates the rights of indigenous and Afro-descendant peoples to their territories, their physical and cultural survival and to free, prior and informed consent; as well as the right to health - including sexual and reproductive health - a healthy environment and food security for rural populations.

All these rights have been protected by the national courts.
