In this short film, Embera Chami women talk about the life giving force of their territory in Caldas and how their collective identity and wellbeing are tied to their relationships to land, ancestral sites in the mountains and rivers and traditional crops. Collective struggles in defence of territory and human rights by women leaders are highlighted; and their determination to continue seeking secure land and territorial rights is emphasised.”
